Memotech MemoPack 16k for Sinclair ZX-81

Autopsy:

The Memotech Memopack is a 16K RAM Expansion Pack for Sinclair ZX-81.

This version of the MEMOPAK 16K is fully compatible with either the Sinclair 16K or another MEMOPAK 16K; or a MEMOPAK 32K; or you can work with it just by itself.

TIPS: The default switches for the Master Position are: (Off, On, On, Off).

If you open the Memotech Memopack Manual link, you notice that it’s
the instructions for the 32K version, and not the 16K version.

Do you have the 16K version manual ?”

If you still have any interest in the 16K Version of the Memotech Memopack 16K manual, I can help you out. I have about 100 Memotech 16Ks new in the box which I purchased directly from Memotech in about 1985. I actually have 2 different versions of the manual. The early one with just the U.K. Warranty form, and the newer one with both U.K. and U.S. warranty forms which mentions more different Memotech Products being available.

Please let me know if you know where I can find a schematic for these.
Happy to chat about ZX81s anytime.

Join the forum for ZX80, ZX81, TS1000, TS15000 and compatibles, it’s called Sinclair ZX World https://www.sinclairzxworld.com/

There are plenty of threads on hardware and various members that may be able to help.

I partly reverse engineered the Memotech 16K RAM that I have, the diagram is on the forum.
