The previous owner bought it new and never installed it, so there is no guarantee there. I measured pin 6 and I get 4.70v. A big high is it not? From what I can measure with my poor electronic skills, there is a 160ohm resistor on pin 16, but I get the same voltage both before and after it (4.70v). Desoldering pin 16 gives me a white picture or LCD or no picture on an old CRT (As expected I guess. No RGB signals in pin 20, just guessing). Yes, this is the cable that came with the kit.
