These JED's are the SWC SMS3201 32M upgrade PEEL files converted to GAL16V8.

It seems only expensive high-end programmers support the original PEEL 18CV8 chips. That's fine if your lucky enough to have one or know someone who has, otherwise you're SOOL :)
User "cpsystem3" of the ToToTEK forums provided some files for the GAL18V10 chips but they also appear to be uncommon and again only supported by the high-end programmers.
The cheapy ebay hobbyist type programmers all seem to support only a small handful of the more common GAL's, so this will hopefully help those proud owners of such devices or those intending to buy one for this task.

There are two versions of the SMS3201, probably the easiest way to tell them apart is the FDD drive chip, the early version has a Motorola MCCS3201, the later revision has a Goldstar GM82C765B.
The chips are physically in the same place but have different markings.

C1X.jed  ->  U12 (Motorola)  /  U9 (Goldstar)
C22.jed  ->  U13 (Motorola)  /  U6 (Goldstar)

I have tested these files with Lattice GAL16V8D-15LP and AMD PALCE16V8H-25PC/4 chips and both work fine. They should work with any GAL16V8 equivalent but YMMV ;)

For anyone interested in such things, I used MAME jedutil to spit out the equations then dumped those into WinCupl and recompiled with GAL16V8 as the target device.
Turns out its just simple combinational stuff, nothing fancy at all. Not sure why they used the PEEL, which was actually quite sophisticated for its time, they could have just used the original bipolar PAL's which presumably would have been a fair bit cheaper back in the early 90's.
I did try Lattices's old DOS "PALTOGAL" application (which appears to be what Cpsystem3 used for the GAL18V10 conversion) but whilst it does have an option to convert for GAL16V8 it fails with a rather meaningless error message (something about pin 21, real handy for a 20 pin device!) :(

Good luck and happy modding...

Oh, and almost forgot, when burning your 2.8CC eprom, user "rcade" of ToToTEK forums has posted the latest revision (6-28-94) of 2.8CC. The rom image is overdumped, he's sliced it down to fit the original 27128 eprom. It works fine and fixes the memory mode not working which is broken in the first 2.8CC release.
