Il guasto era dovuto ad una saldatura fredda sullo zoccolo di una ram e un piedino piegato dell’integrato MOS 8276.

    just come across this post…

    I have a 1764 REU and when I run the Ram test program it shows a fail on the first test..

    the text is as follows (in the format as shown in your image) “1 Fail 55 55 0 079F”

    My question is it possible to identify which chip has failed by the above test ?

    Any help on this would be appreciated
