Commodore Amiga 500 Green screen of Death Repair

Il problema del “green screen of death” è di solito imputabile ad un problema della DRAM, FAT AGNUS (Integrato o Zoccolo), GARY.

In questo caso erano guaste tutte e quattro le DRAM. Il piedino 18 (IO/3) era sempre a livello alto.

Sostituendo la DRAM tutto ha ripreso a funzionare correttamente.

    I’ve found removing memory from the 500; is a bit of nightmare with just a normal soldering bolt. Noticed your vacuum station ;-)

    Did the case close ok with the sockets?

    Hi… I have same problem… heve change all chip ram but same problem !!
    On Keyboard the power led blinq 10 times and on time harder … and 10 times etc etc…
    Can you Hellp ?

    Have check all chips ( Gary,Fat,CIa etc ) on other A500 MainBoard and all worck …
    A frend tell me mb its the DATA PATH ?
