Neo-Geo è il nome della tecnologia sulla quale sono basate la scheda arcade NeoGeo Multi Video System (MVS abbreviato) e la console casalinga NeoGeo Advanced Entertainment System.
Il nome ha un significato ben preciso, ovvero nuovo mondo riferito al fatto di poter contare su cabinati più economici e configurabili più facilmente per quel che riguarda il sistema MVS, mentre l’AES rappresentava il primo sistema casalingo in grado di portare l’esperienza delle sale giochi in casa senza nessun compromesso. L’AES era il sistema casalingo più potente dell’epoca, ma per via del suo costo eccessivo venne soprannominato la “limousine”.
Il NeoGeo è anche il sistema videoludico più longevo della storia, è stato messo in commercio nel 1990 e venne abbandonato solo nel 2004. Le saghe videoludiche più importanti del NeoGeo sono Metal Slug, The King of Fighters, Samurai Shodown, Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, The Last Blade

That MV-2F look so freaking sick! I have yet to browse the site, but how did you paint the MV-2F? Just spray paint? Anyway, I dig it, thanks for the post!

Hi Eisner,
I have painted it because the MV-2F box was so rusty. Yes, i have used Spray, but before i have sanded the box a little.
This is the MV-2 board not 2F how can you write 2F if its writen MV-2 on the board
