Il Promenade C1 è uno dei primi programmatori di Eprom prodotto da Jason-Ranheim Co in Canada. Si inserisce nella porta utente del Commodore 64 o VIC-20. In dotazione veniva dato un manuale in lingua inglese e il software per la gestione del programmatore.
