VirtualC64 e’ un’emulatore di Commodore 64 per Intel Macintosh OSX.

Questo software e’ stato scritto con due principali obiettivi, il primo il programmatore ha voluto creare un emulatore che può essere utilizzato come programma dimostrativo durante l’anno di ingegneria informatica, il secondo e’ che  l’emulatore e’ stato scritto il piu’ user-friendly possibile.

Il test è andato bene quindi sono pronto per la produzione e vendita, la ROM-el puo’ essere programmata utilizzando  il programmatore di Eprom/Flash Willem.

Ho pero’ notato un problema con alcuni Commodore 64 (Serie II) che hanno un’aletta di raffredamento che va a contatto con gli integrati, devo assicurarmi che questo non crei cortocircuiti.

Dopo questo aggiornamento la collezione di Tunez per il Commodore 64 arriva ad un totale di  36,939 SID files!

ACID 64 Player Pro e’ l’evoluzione del Player Acid 64. L’ACID 64 Player Pro e’ un lettore di Brani SID del Commodore 64 ed e’ stato progettato per funzionare con le schede HardSID 4U (USB) che hanno un vero e proprio chip SID (6581/6582/8580) a bordo.

La prima versione dello ZX Spectrum +3 (Issue 1) ha un grave errore di progettazione, l’uscita audio risulta completamente distorta.

• Spiegazione tecnica: l’uscita analogica dell’integrato sonoro AY-3-8912 chip audio deve essere amplificato dall’emettitore del transistor, in pratica gli ingegneri si sono dimenticati di mettere una resistenza tra l’emettitore del transistor e la massa. Il risultato che il transistor lavora in switch-mode – il suono viene convertito da analogico a più livelli di ampiezza, come il vecchio sistema audio dello spectrum 48K.

Hoxs64 e’ un semplice ma funzionale Emulatore di  Commodore 64 per Microsoft Windows 2K/XP/Vista.
