Autopsy:

I have this mouse, but unfortunately without the ball. I tried to exchange it for a ball from the Amiga and several PC mice, but neither fits. Where can I find exact dimension?

Don’t know if this helps, but there are at least two different Amiga mice which looks the same as seen from above / the sides. However they differ when seen from underneath – the older has a sliding door to access the ball while the newer has a door that you rotate a bit to open/close. The older has way better grip on the surface and doesn’t need any mouse pad or so while the newer easily slips. Unless you have tried both these then I suggest that you do that.
