Con questo editor sara’ possibile editare le immagini in formato NUFLI (statico) direttamente con il Commodore 64.

1541 Ultimate II: Aggiornamento sullo stato del progetto.

• It is now possible to order accessories for the 1541U-II. This is possible through the “Order Status” page. In case your unit has already been shipped, please create another order of 0 (zero) 1541U-II units, and add the accessories to that order.
• Tape connector boards have been ordered. Expect 150 of them in about 2 weeks. One board clicks under the 1541-II case; the other holds the 2×6 pin tape connector and tape feed-through. The two boards connect to each other using a standard 10-pin flat cable. The part that clicks under the 1541-II case can also be used to power the cartridge for stand-alone mode (requires software update). I am planning to ship the tape connector boards as build-it-yourself kits to keep it cheap. Assembly possible for a small extra fee.
• If you paid after June 1, you will need to wait until the new production batch is finished. You will receive an E-mail about this soon! (Refund possible..)

La manifestazione si svolgerà 27 e 28 Novembre 2010 a Campi Bisenzio, a pochi chilometri da Firenze, la seconda edizione di Firenze Vintage Bit. La manifestazione, inizialmente previstra per Maggio, era stata rinviata per problemi organizzativi.

L’esposizione sarà dedicata principalemte agli home computer, il prodotto che ha fatto entrare l’informatica nelle nostre case. Uno spazio sarà inoltre dedicato agli emulatori ed ai cloni. Oltre alle macchine saranno presenti periferiche, accessori e software, giochi compresi.

La manifestazione si svolgerà presso i locali del Circolo Culturale Ricreativo “Rinascita”, in Piazza Matteucci.

USB-64 e’ un’adattatore di periferiche USB per Commodore 64.

Il prototipo utilizza due devices:

• Una cartuccia che espande i comandi Basic del Commodore 64.
• Un’interfaccia collegata alla user-port del Commodore 64 per interfacciarsi con periferiche USB.

ACID 64 Player Pro e’ l’evoluzione del Player Acid 64.

L’ACID 64 Player Pro e’ un lettore di Brani Musicali SID del Commodore 64 ed e’ stato progettato per funzionare con le schede HardSID 4U (USB) che hanno un vero e proprio chip SID (6581/6582/8580) a bordo.

L’ACID 64 Player Pro emula il Micro Processore MOS 6510, il chip CIA 6526 e in parte il VIC 6569.

aceCommander128 per Commodore 128 e’ un file manager in stile “Norton commander” puo’ essere utilizzato con i Floppy Drive Commodore ma funziona anche con il 64HDD, IEC-ATA, 1541Ultimate SD-DCA,  CMD hardware.

aceCommander128 utilizza il real-time-clock presente nel 64HDD / CMD hardware.

CBM-Command è un disk manager multipiattaforma per Commodore 64 / Commodore 128 / Commodore VIC20 / Commodore C16. L’interfaccia assomiglia al Norton Commander / Midnight Commander ma molto più semplice ed e’ perfettamente integrata nel sistema operativo. La versione per Commodore 128 puo’ girare anche a 80 colonne.

ManoSoft aggiorna l’interfaccia C64SD V2 introducendo alcune interessanti novita’.

Le principali differenze di questa versione (chiamata: C64SD V2 Advanced) sono:

• La presenza di un connettore IEC femmina passante molto utile per connettere Floppy Disk Drive esterni o altre periferiche.
• Un pratico ed elegante contenitore in alluminio per evitare di danneggiare la componentistica dell’interfaccia.
